AN ACT relative to utility assessments for the use of village district roads.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to utility assessments for the use of village district roads.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
83:1 New Paragraph; Village District; Commissioner’s Duties; Roads. Amend RSA 52:3-a by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
III. No town or city shall levy any fee or collect any tax for the use by any utility of roads maintained by a village district under RSA 52:1, I(m), except on the vote of the village district commissioners for remittance to the village district.
83:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
