STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to criteria for classification as a tier III sex offender.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Registration of Criminal Offenders; Definitions. Amend RSA 651-B:1, X(f) to read as follows:
(f) The offender is [required to register as a result of more than 2 sexual offenses or offenses against a child] convicted of a sexual offense or an offense against a child after the offender has been classified as a tier II offender.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2016.
