AN ACT relative to permits issued by building inspectors.
AMENDED ANALYSIS

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to permits issued by building inspectors.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Power to Amend State Building Code and Establish Enforcement Procedures. Amend RSA 674:51 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:
VI. A municipality that has adopted a process to enforce a building code may authorize the building inspector to require compliance with applicable deed restrictions or covenants relative to structures erected, altered, or placed on the premises as a condition to the issuance of a building permit.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2016.
