AN ACT relative to the release of the names of winners of multi-state lotteries.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to the release of the names of winners of multi-state lotteries.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Disclosure of Lottery Winners. Amend RSA 287-F:10 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:

IV. The commission shall not publicly disclose the name of any person awarded a prize from any multi-state lottery game except upon the written authorization of such person.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
