AN ACT relative to pre-election tests of ballot counting devices.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to pre-election tests of ballot counting devices.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Ballot Counting Devices. Amend RSA 656:42, VIII(e)(8) to read as follows:

(8) The pre-election test shall be completed no later than [the Wednesday immediately] 2 weeks prior to the election.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
