AN ACT relative to the uniform anatomical gift act.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to the uniform anatomical gift act.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 291-A:16, relative to sale or purchase of parts prohibited under the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
