HOUSE BILL 417
AN ACT relative to reimbursement of fees and out-of-pocket expenses associated with estate administration.
ANALYSIS
This bill requires the court to rule within 90 days on requests by administrators and executors for reimbursement from the account of an estate for fees and out-of-pocket expenses associated with estate administration.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to reimbursement of fees and out-of-pocket expenses associated with estate administration.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Dealing with Assets; Reimbursement of Fees and Out-of-Pocket Expenses. Amend RSA 554 by inserting after section 23 the following new section:
554:23-a Reimbursement of Fees and Out-of-Pocket Expenses. The court shall rule within 90 days on requests by administrators and executors for reimbursement from the account for the estate of fees and out-of-pocket expenses associated with estate administration.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2016.
