STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT designating the bobcat as the New Hampshire state wildcat.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
90:1 New Section; State Emblems; State Wildcat. Amend RSA 3 by inserting after section 27 the following new section:
3:28 State Wildcat. The bobcat (Lynx rufus) is hereby designated as the official state wildcat of New Hampshire.
90:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
