STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to minimum voting booths for city, town, school district, and village district elections.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
196:1 Polling Place Arrangement; Number of Voting Booths. Amend RSA 658:9, V(b)(3) to read as follows:
(3) For all other state elections, including the state primary election, one for every 150 voters on the checklist.
(4) For all city, town, school district, and village district elections, one for every 200 voters on the checklist.
196:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
