STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to the jurisdiction of the penalty appeal board.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
97:1 Labor Commissioner; Penalty Appeal Board. Amend RSA 273:11-b, I to read as follows:
I. There is hereby created a penalty appeal board which shall hear appeals from penalties imposed by the commissioner [pursuant to RSA 273:11-a and RSA 275-A:5].
97:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
