STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to appropriations in the county budget.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 County Convention; Appropriation. Amend RSA 24:14, I-a to read as follows:
I-a. In this chapter, an appropriation means an amount of money authorized for a specified purpose by the legislative body, described in detail and codified in the corresponding line item column. An appropriation for a specified purpose shall be construed as distinct from the sum total of all appropriations referred to in RSA 24:15.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
