AN ACT authorizing the department of safety to set fees for motorcycle rider education programs.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT authorizing the department of safety to set fees for motorcycle rider education programs.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

104:1 Motorcycle Rider Education Program; Authority to Set Fees. Amend RSA 263:34-c, XII to read as follows:

XII. Tuition charged to residents and nonresidents for motorcycle rider education programs.

104:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
