STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT adding a judicial branch employee member to the deferred compensation commission.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

30:1 Deferred Compensation Commission; New Judicial Branch Employee Member. Amend RSA 101-B:2, I(g)-(h) to read as follows:

(g) One member who shall be a public employee at-large, and who shall have knowledge of defined contribution plans, appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the council, for a term of 3 years; [and]

(h) One member who shall be a nonclassified legislative employee and a member of the deferred compensation plan, and who shall have knowledge of defined contribution plans, appointed by the speaker of the house and the president of the senate, for a term of 3 years[.]; and

(i) One member who shall be a nonclassified judicial employee and a member of the deferred compensation plan, and who shall have knowledge of defined contribution plans, appointed by the chief justice of the supreme court, for a term of 3 years.

30:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
