AN ACT relative to days on which fishing is permitted without a license.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

AN ACT relative to days on which fishing is permitted without a license.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Fish and Game; Fishing Without a License. Amend RSA 214:1-e to read as follows:

214:1-e Fishing Without a License. The executive director may adopt rules under RSA 541-A establishing one day per year in the spring or summer and one day per year in the winter on which persons normally required to hold a license under RSA 214:1 may fish by angling only, in any public waters within the jurisdiction of the state without a license.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
