AN ACT relative to coasting of vehicles.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT relative to coasting of vehicles.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
235:1 Coasting; Motorcycles. Amend RSA 265:99, I to read as follows:
I. The driver of any vehicle when traveling upon a downgrade, other than motorcycles or private passenger automobiles, as defined in RSA 259:80, I, traveling under 15 miles per hour, shall not coast with the gears of such vehicle in neutral.
235:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
