STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT requiring the attorney general to prepare an inventory of all untested rape kits.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Justice; Inventory of Untested Rape Kits; Report. The attorney general shall perform an inventory of all untested rape kits in this state and shall submit a report on the status of all untested rape kits to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the senate president no later than November 1, 2016.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
