STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

AN ACT extending the New Hampshire health care quality assurance commission and relative to the membership of the commission.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

167:1 Extending The New Hampshire Health Care Quality Assurance Commission. Amend 2005, 157:4, I as amended by 2010, 98:3 and 2015, 276:256 to read as follows:

I. Section 3 of this act shall take effect July 1, [2016] 2021.

167:2 Commission Membership. Amend RSA 151-G:1, II(e) to read as follows:

(e) [One member-at-large] Three members-at-large, one member appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives, one member appointed by the president of the senate, and one member appointed by the governor.

167:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
