STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT repealing the penalty for carrying away seaweed at night.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 207:48, relative to the carrying away or collecting any seaweed or rockweed from the seashore below high-water mark, between daylight in the evening and daylight in the morning, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
