HOUSE BILL 1486

AN ACT relative to membership of the state house bicentennial commission.


ANALYSIS

This bill adds the chief of staff for the house of representatives, the chief of staff for the senate, the house clerk, and the senate clerk to the state house bicentennial commission.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

AN ACT relative to membership of the state house bicentennial commission.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

146:1 New Subparagraphs; New Hampshire State House Bicentennial Commission; Members Added. Amend RSA 17-R:1, II by inserting after subparagraph (s) the following new subparagraphs:

(t) The chiefs of staff of the house of representatives and the senate, or designees.

(u) The clerks of the house of representatives and the senate, or designees.

146:2 Effective Dates. This bill shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
