STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

AN ACT repealing certain prohibitions on employment of state employees.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

148:1 Repeal. The following are repealed:

I. RSA 284:21-u, relative to the prohibition on future employment for employees of the lottery commission.

II. RSA 21-I:14-b, relative to the prohibition on future employment for employees of the department of administrative services.

148:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2017.
