STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to governmental records exempted under the right-to-know law.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Right-to-Know; Exemptions. Amend RSA 91-A:5 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:

IV-a. Except as otherwise provided by law, the names and addresses of individuals contained in license applications, other than professional license applications. For the purposes of this paragraph, “license” means “license” as defined in RSA 541-A:1, VIII.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2016.
