SENATE BILL 150
AN ACT exempting certain waste disposal system installer work from licensure and regulation by the electricians’ board.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT exempting certain waste disposal system installer work from licensure and regulation by the electricians’ board.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Electricians; Exceptions from Licensure. Amend RSA 319-C:3 by inserting after paragraph XII the following new paragraph:
XIII. A waste disposal system installer permitted under RSA 485-A:36, and rules adopted thereunder, for the wiring originating at the sewage discharge pump servicing a private residence to the point of entry of the residence.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
