AN ACT naming a bridge in the city of Lebanon in honor of Korean War veterans.
ANALYSIS
This bill provides that the bridge connecting the city of Lebanon with Hartford, Vermont shall be named the Korean War Veteran Memorial Bridge.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT naming a bridge in the city of Lebanon in honor of Korean War veterans.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Korean War Veteran Memorial Bridge. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the bridge on U.S. Route 4 connecting the city of Lebanon, New Hampshire and Hartford, Vermont which is bridge number 058/128 shall be named the Korean War Veteran Memorial Bridge. Appropriate signage may be placed at the site of the bridge.
2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers authorized in this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
