AN ACT exempting certain building plans from the right-to-know law.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

AN ACT exempting certain building plans from the right-to-know law.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Exemptions; Right-to-Know Law. Amend RSA 91-A:5 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:

XI. Building plans and construction drawings submitted in connection with a local building permit process.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2018.
