STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

AN ACT prohibiting hunting on Willand Pond in Strafford county.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Fish and Game; Willand Pond. Amend RSA 206 by inserting after section 16 the following new section:

206:16-a Willand Pond Closed to Hunting. Willand Pond, which lies within the cites of Dover and Somersworth, shall be closed to all hunting.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
