AN ACT relative to college student voting eligibility.
ANALYSIS
This bill repeals a provision authorizing a student at an institution of learning to claim domicile for voting purposes in the town or city in which he or she lives while attending the institution of learning.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to college student voting eligibility.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 654:1, I-a, relative to domicile of students, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
