AN ACT repealing the provision for nonresident student hunting and fishing licenses.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

AN ACT repealing the provision for nonresident student hunting and fishing licenses.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 214:5-b, relative to nonresident full-time student hunting or fishing licenses, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
