AN ACT relative to allowing a designee for the commissioner of the department of administrative services on certain commissions.


ANALYSIS

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

AN ACT relative to allowing a designee for the commissioner of the department of administrative services on certain commissions.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

44:1 State Retiree Health Plan Commission; Membership. Amend RSA 100-A:56, I(e) to read as follows:

(e) The commissioner of the department of administrative services, or designee.

44:2 Enhanced 911 Commission; Membership. Amend RSA 106-H:3, I(a)(9) to read as follows:

(9) The commissioner of the department of administrative services, or designee.

44:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
