STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

AN ACT relative to the standard of review for government requirements on commercial enterprises.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Words of Exemption; Standard of Review. It is a maxim of law that words of exemption are not to be construed to import any lability; the maxim expressio unius exclusio alterius, or its converse, inclusio unius exclusio alterius (the inclusion of one is the absolute exclusion of all others), not applying to such a case. This maxim of law shall be the sole standard of review for government requirements on commercial enterprises.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
