AN ACT prohibiting certain immunization requirements for noncommunicable diseases.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

AN ACT prohibiting certain immunization requirements for noncommunicable diseases.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

137:1 New Paragraph; Communicable Disease; Child Immunization. Amend RSA 141-C:20-a by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:

III. Nothing in this section shall require an immunization/vaccination requirement for diseases that are noncommunicable. Noncommunicable disease means a disease that is not infectious or transmissible from person-to-person.

137:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
