AN ACT relative to presumptive evidence of domicile for voters.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to presumptive evidence of domicile for voters.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 654:12, II(a)(2), relative to New Hampshire vehicle registration as presumptive evidence of domicile, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
