STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

AN ACT relative to the state retiree health plan commission.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

66:1 Repeal. RSA 100-A:56, III(c) and (d) relative to duties of the state retiree health plan commission to analyze premium contributions, are repealed.

66:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
