STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT naming the New Hampshire Army National Guard Regional Training Institute and Barracks facility in Pembroke after Colonel Edward Cross.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
32:1 The Edward Cross Training Complex. The New Hampshire National Guard Regional Training Institute and Barracks facility, located at 722 Riverwood Drive, Pembroke, New Hampshire, shall be named the Edward Cross Training Complex (ECTC), after Colonel Edward Cross. Colonel Cross served with distinction as a member of the 5th New Hampshire Volunteers during the Civil War and exemplified the skill, training, and leadership of past and present members of the New Hampshire national guard. Appropriate signage shall be placed on or at the site of the building.
32:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the adjutant general's department.
32:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
