STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to dam fees for nonprofit organizations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Waiver of Dam Fees for Nonprofit Organizations. Amend RSA 482:9 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:
VI. The department may waive the fees in paragraph II upon the request of a nonprofit organization that is responsible for the construction, reconstruction, or operation of a dam.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2017.
