AN ACT relative to eligibility for limited driving privilege after revocation or suspension.
ANALYSIS

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to eligibility for limited driving privilege after revocation or suspension.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Limited Driving Privilege; Suspension or Revocation in Another State. Amend RSA 263:57-b by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:
VII. A resident of this state whose driving privileges have been suspended or revoked in another state under an offense equivalent to RSA 265-A:2, I may apply in this state for a license with limited driving privileges, provided that:
(a) The state the offense occurred in has a limited privilege license program; and
(b) The person meets the requirements of paragraph I.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
