STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT naming a certain bridge on Route 9 in Madbury the Allyn Jennison Bridge.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
52:1 Town of Madbury; Allyn Jennison Bridge. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the bridge on Route 9 which spans the Bellamy Reservoir in the town of Madbury is hereby named the Allyn Jennison Bridge. A suitable marker may be placed at the site of the bridge.
52:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers permitted under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers permitted under section 1 of this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
52:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
