SENATE BILL 176

AN ACT to officially retain the name of a bridge in the city of Lebanon as Lyman Bridge.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

AN ACT to officially retain the name of a bridge in the city of Lebanon as Lyman Bridge.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

153:1 City of Lebanon; Lyman Bridge. The bridge connecting the portion of the city of Lebanon, New Hampshire known as West Lebanon with Hartford, Vermont shall retain the name of Lyman Bridge.

153:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers authorized in this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.

153:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
