STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

AN ACT authorizing decal plates for the University of New Hampshire.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

80:1 New Section; Authorized Organizations; University of New Hampshire Foundation. Amend RSA 261-B by inserting after section 3 the following new section:

261-B:3-a Authorized Organization. The University of New Hampshire Foundation is authorized to issue decals under this chapter.

80:2 Contingent Renumbering. If HB 433 of the 2017 regular legislative session becomes law, RSA 261-B:3-a as inserted by section 1 of this act shall be renumbered to read as RSA 261-B:3-b.

80:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
