STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to reporting requirements regarding revenue generated from safe boater education certificates.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
34:1 Safe Boater Education Certificates; Biennial Report. Amend RSA 21-P:10-b, I to read as follows:
I. The department of safety shall submit as part of the [annual] biennial report required under RSA 20:7, a report on the revenue generated from safe boater education certificates.
34:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
