STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

AN ACT relative to the duties of the judicial council.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Duties of the Judicial Council. Amend RSA 494:3, II to read as follows:

II. To survey, inspect, and scientifically study [continuously] the administration of justice within the state and the organization, procedure, practice, rules and methods of administration and operation of the courts of the state to improve outcomes and avoid harm.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
