AN ACT amending a duty of the judicial council.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

AN ACT amending a duty of the judicial council.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Duties of the Judicial Council. Amend RSA 494:3, V to read as follows:

V. To serve as a catalyst for the discussion of legal, lawful, and judicial issues through seminars, forums and special studies, and any other means, including open conversations, citizen participation, and input from litigants about their experiences with the judicial system, within the limits of available state and private funding.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
