AN ACT relative to the effective dates of changes to the rates for the business profits tax and the business enterprise tax.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

AN ACT relative to the effective dates of changes to the rates for the business profits tax and the business enterprise tax.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

11:1 Effective Dates Changed; Rate Reductions to Business Taxes. Amend 2017, 156:249, VII and VIII to read as follows:

VII. [Sections] Section 72[, 213, and 214] of this act shall take effect July 1, 2019.

VII-a. Sections 213 and 214 of this act shall take effect January 1, 2019.

VIII. Sections 215 and 216 of this act shall take effect [July] January 1, 2021.

11:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
