AN ACT relative to the purposes of revolving funds in towns.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to the purposes of revolving funds in towns.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
30:1 Powers of Towns; Revolving Funds; Fire Services. Amend RSA 31:95-h, I(b) to read as follows:
(b) Providing ambulance services, or fire services, or both;
30:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
