STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

AN ACT repealing the board of conciliation and arbitration.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 273:12 through 273:27, relative to the board of conciliation and arbitration in the department of labor, are repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
