STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT allowing warrant articles to be split by the deliberative session.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Warrant Articles Divisible. Amend RSA 40:13, IV by inserting after subparagraph (c) the following new subparagraph:
(d) Warrant articles may be split by a majority vote of those present at the deliberative session.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
