STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to live trapping of wild rabbits and hares by sporting clubs.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Fur-Bearing Animals, Wild Rabbits and Hares. Amend RSA 210 by inserting after section 4 the following new section:
210:4-a Wild Rabbits and Hares. During the open season and pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, wild rabbits and hares may be taken and possessed, by means of traps only, by a member of a beagle club recognized by the American Kennel Club, or other sporting club recognized by the state of New Hampshire.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
