STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT repealing certain exemptions from permitting requirements for temporary seasonal docks.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 482-A:3, IV-a(f) and (g), relative to lot size and setback exemptions for temporary seasonal dock permits, are repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
