AN ACT repealing the prohibition on the use of milk containers.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT repealing the prohibition on the use of milk containers.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
70:1 Repeal. RSA 184:30-d, relative to the prohibition on the use of milk containers, is repealed.
70:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
