STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT designating the New Hampshire Red as the official state poultry.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
268:1 New Section; State Poultry. Amend RSA 3 by inserting after section 28 the following new section:
3:29 State Poultry. The New Hampshire Red is hereby designated as the official state poultry of New Hampshire.
268:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
