AN ACT relative to signs for specialty wine and beer stores.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

AN ACT relative to signs for specialty wine and beer stores.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Business Directional Signs; Off Premises Licensees. Amend RSA 236 by inserting after section 73-b the following new section:

236:73-c Specialty Wine and Beer Retail Stores; Off Premises Licensees. Subject to the prior approval of the Federal Highway Administration, the department of transportation shall include businesses holding an off premises liquor license under RSA 178:18 on specific business directional signs. The off premises licensee shall pay all costs of inclusion on the business directional signs.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
